Refund Policy
Last revised 2026-09-27
Certificates and measurement archives are digital goods, generated as soon as payment is complete. This page sets out the refund rule, the cases in which you get a full refund, how to request one, and what happens to a certificate after a refund.
Operated by DATA4U PTE. LTD. (a company registered in Singapore, UEN 202638270N) · Registered address: 160 Robinson Road, #14-04 Singapore Business Federation Center, Singapore 068914 · Contact: hello@ask10ais.com
All sales are final
A certificate or measurement archive is generated as soon as payment is complete: its number, measurement snapshot and verification page are fixed at that moment. Sales are therefore final and not refundable, except in the three cases below.
Full refunds in three cases
- Duplicate charge: you were charged more than once for the same certificate or archive. Every extra charge is refunded in full.
- Technical failure: payment succeeded, but a technical failure on our side prevented you from receiving the certificate or archive.
- Measurement error on our side: the measurement behind the certificate or archive is confirmed to be wrong (see the corrections log).
After a refund, the certificate is voided
Once a refund is completed, the certificate is voided immediately: its verification page shows “Void” with the reason that the payment was returned, and the PDF and badge links no longer serve files. The certificate number and the original measurement snapshot remain in the archive; they are not deleted or rewritten.
When you request a refund, please also stop displaying the certificate and remove the badges from your website, marketplace listings and other materials.
How to request a refund
- Write to hello@ask10ais.com with the certificate number (or the order details on your Stripe receipt), the email address used for payment, and which of the three cases above applies.
- We reply within 5 business days of receiving your request. Approved refunds are returned through Stripe to the original payment method, for the original amount.
- How long the money takes to arrive depends on your bank or payment provider, typically 5–10 business days.
Chargebacks
If you file a chargeback with your card issuer, the certificate is suspended while the dispute is open; if the dispute ends with the payment returned, the certificate is voided, just as with a refund. If one of the three cases above applies, we suggest writing to us first — a refund is usually faster than the chargeback process.
Payment and rankings
Refunds have no effect on any ranking or measurement result. Payment never changes a ranking, and neither does a refund.
