Terms of Service

The site puts the same question to the same panel of large language models, keeps every model's raw response, aggregates the answers into a brand index and ranking under a published methodology, and archives each measurement so that anyone can check it.

Free: public rankings, the methodology, verification pages, and the free diagnostic (you submit a brand and a few questions, we ask the same panel, and you get a report for your own use).

Paid: verifiable records (certificates) and related reports. A certificate covers one brand in one specific measurement and consists of a numbered PDF, embeddable badges and a verification page that stays online. Prices and what each product includes are as shown on the Pricing page.

A purchase fixes the result of one measurement in place and lets anyone verify it independently. A certificate records that “in this measurement on this date, this brand ranked #N”. It is not an assessment of product quality, market share or a company's credentials.

Payment does not change any ranking, and does not change whether a brand appears. The methodology, model panel and weights are identical for every brand, paying or not.

• Certificates are issued only for brands ranked in the top 10 of a measurement.
• No certificate is issued for a measurement whose panel completeness is below 80% (see Methodology).
• Only one certificate is issued per brand per measurement. Once it has been sold, it is not sold again.
• Certificates are not offered for some categories of ranking; those pages show no purchase option.
• Once issued, the measurement snapshot in a certificate is never modified. If an error in a measurement or its data is found later, we explain it publicly in the corrections log and add a disclosure to the verification page rather than rewriting what was issued.

Payments are processed by Stripe. Full card details are received and stored only by Stripe; we never see or store them. Prices and available payment methods are as shown on the Pricing page and the checkout page.

Certificates and measurement archives are generated as soon as payment is complete, so sales are final; a full refund is given for a duplicate charge, a technical failure that prevents delivery after payment, or a measurement error on our side, as set out in the Refund Policy. When a payment is returned (a refund, or a chargeback decided against us), the corresponding certificate is voided immediately: its verification page shows “Void” and the reason, and the PDF and badges are no longer served. While a payment is under dispute the certificate is suspended, and it is reinstated or voided once the dispute is resolved.

While a certificate is valid, the purchaser may display the certificate PDF and badges unaltered — on a website, a marketplace listing, marketing materials and the like — to state the brand's result in that measurement. When citing it, include the measurement date and the verification link, and follow the “How to cite this record” section on the Pricing page.

You may not alter anything on a certificate or badge, present it as an assessment of quality or credentials, or keep displaying it after it has been voided or suspended.

We own the rights in the site's pages, methodology documents, aggregated data and the certificate and badge designs. The raw model responses shown in rankings are generated by third-party models; we preserve and publish them as they are, which does not mean we endorse their content. Brand names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.

The site measures what large language models output for a given question at a given moment. Model output can contain errors or fabricated information; we record it faithfully but do not warrant that it is accurate. Nothing on the site is investment or procurement advice.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount actually paid for that order, and we are not liable for indirect loss, loss of profit or loss of goodwill. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.

We may update these terms; when we do, the revision date at the top of this page changes. Purchases already completed remain governed by the terms in force at the time of purchase.

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and the courts of Singapore have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
